DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Aromatic: Simply inhale or add a few drops to a diffuser or humidifier.

Topical: Dilute one or two drops in a teaspoon of vegetable oil to avoid sensitivity and apply to the desired area. Add a few drops of this essential oil to your shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial cleanser, or moisturizer.

Internal: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid. Take a veggie capsule, some EVOO, or mix in a little bit of raw honey.

Household: Mix with water and vinegar for a naturally scented surface cleaner or add to laundry for a warm, spicy touch.

Massages: Dilute two or three drops in 4 fl. oz. of a carrier vegetable oil or our preference, Aloha’s pure vegetable USP Glycerin.

Clove Essential Oil is derived from the dried, unopened flower buds of a slender evergreen tree native to the Molucca Islands, an archipelago in eastern Indonesia. Aloha’s clove essential oil, however, is sourced from the leaf, which retains the bud’s beneficial properties but offers a milder scent and fragrance, making it safe for undiluted use on the skin. The name “clove” originates from the Latin word clavus, meaning nail, inspired by its shape. The spice was highly valued in ancient times, particularly during the Han dynasty (266 BC to 220 AD). At that time, court officials customarily held cloves in their mouths before addressing the sovereign to ensure pleasant breath.
