While we work diligently to ensure timely handover of your orders to these services, factors beyond our control, such as delays caused by the courier, may affect the delivery timeline. 1.  ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). After your order has been processed, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected during checkout.

2.  DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery times provided during checkout on our website are estimates based on courier averages. These may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and carrier.

  • Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery in the United Mexican States is within 3–5 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and in-country courier services.

Please note that while we aim to meet these timelines, delays caused by external factors such as customs or local delivery services are beyond our control.

3.  SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on your selected shipping method, destination, and package weight. The exact cost will be displayed during checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We do not offer free shipping unless explicitly stated. Free shipping may apply for orders won through rewards programs, coupon codes, or promotional offers, as indicated during checkout.

4.  CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its final destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as the recepient. Aloha has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. When ordering from www.alohabefree.com and all related domains, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

To provide greater transparency, we may display estimated customs fees or taxes at the time of checkout, allowing you to prepay these charges. If such fees are not displayed or prepaid during checkout, you will be responsible for paying them upon the product’s arrival in your country. We encourage you to contact your local customs office for more detailed information about import requirements and potential charges.

Privacy and Customs Inspections
Your privacy is important to us. However, please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. To facilitate customs clearance and comply with local regulations, we may share certain order, shipment, and product information with international carriers, who may then communicate this information to customs authorities.
Important Notes:

  • Aloha is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
  • If customs fees or duties are unpaid, your package may be returned to us, and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently do not ship to certain countries due to restrictions on cosmetic products. If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout. Please ensure that the products you order comply with your country’s import regulations.

6. RECEIVING AND INSPECTING YOUR SHIPMENT

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package and its contents for any visible signs of damage, missing items, or incorrect products. If you notice any issues, kindly contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a claim.

  • Retain all original packaging and damaged items until your claim is resolved.
  • Claims reported after 14 business days may not be eligible for a resolution.

7.  TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey and estimated delivery date.

8.  RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from our website are shipped in accordance with our shipping terms. This means that the risk of loss or damage, as well as ownership of the item, transfers to you once the carrier accepts the goods for transport.
While we are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, we are committed to assisting you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. If your shipment has not been received within 2 full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately.
To ensure eligibility for a claim, all requests must be submitted to us within 30 days of the shipment date. Claims made beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.
